Twin Sound exhaust system for Ferrari 360 Modena, in polished 1.4828 (T309) stainless steel, with 4 outlets of 85 mm. Compared with the Capristo sport system without valves, it adds an exhaust valve that opens at high revs to increase gas flow: at low revs the sound stays less aggressive, at full throttle it becomes a racing sound.
With the valves closed the sound is still more pronounced than the original, similar to the Capristo Sound 1 level, and the car stays quiet and comfortable enough even for long journeys. With the valves open the gases exit almost undamped, completely bypassing the silencer: the sound becomes much louder than Capristo Sound 3, comparable to the original Challenge Stradale, and is recommended for those looking for maximum volume.
In the standard configuration the valve opens automatically at high revs. An optional wireless remote control is available that opens or closes the valves permanently, at the driver's choice.
Capristo recommends not revving the engine with the car standing still: the flames from the exhaust can cause damage to nearby property and people.
