Milltek Sport was founded in England in 1983 by a true car enthusiast and has grown to become one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-performance sports exhausts for cars.
The head office is located in the UK and the development and testing centre is established at the iconic Nürburgring in Germany. Car exhausts are designed, developed and tested in-house, using state-of-the-art equipment, such as the latest All Electrical CNC spindle benders and Faro 3D laser scanners, which, together with one of the most experienced teams of engineers and production staff in the industry, allow Milltek to continue to be the first to offer new exhausts on the market with innovative designs.
To fully understand the needs and expectations of the motorsports industry, Milltek has over the years entered some of Europe's most challenging races and championships including the British Touring Car Championship, Volkswagen Cup, Time Attack, VLN and N24. For several seasons Milltek Sport Racing has been a technical partner of Power Maxed Racing and BMR in the BTCC.
All high-performance car exhausts are made of T304L stainless steel, a material that guarantees great durability and resistance even in the most extreme environments. T304L is a highly durable form of stainless steel that is far less prone to degradation and discolouration than many other forms of steel, with an almost unlimited lifespan.
Milltek's dedication to the perfection of its exhaust systems has resulted in ISO9001:2015 accreditation and one of the largest ranges of CE approved high performance exhaust systems, all tested and approved by TUV in Germany. This, combined with a presence in over 95 countries worldwide, continues to make Milltek Sport one of the most accessible brands in the aftermarket car sports exhaust sector.
Production is completed entirely in England and products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Italy (so there are no duties or customs charges to pay). The prices shown on our website are final customer prices.
Sports exhausts with road homologation show a specific wording in the description and are delivered with a certificate to be kept with the car registration.
