On this page you'll find sport exhausts for the Bmw R 1200 GS 04/09 from GPR, Exan, Mivv, Akrapovič, Arrow, Hp Corse, IXIL and Termignoni.

A sport exhaust replaces the stock silencer with a lighter component, often in stainless steel, titanium or carbon fibre, reducing the bike's weight and freeing up the engine's power delivery compared to the original system.

GPR is based in Cerro al Lambro, near Milan, and makes its titanium and stainless steel silencers and headers in-house; it races in MotoGP, Moto3 and the World Supersport Championship. Exan, founded in 1996 and now based in Lissone, makes silencers for sports bikes, naked bikes, supermotards and classics. Mivv, founded in Teramo in 1970, has made motorcycle exhausts since 1990 and won the 2006 MotoGP World Championship with Nicky Hayden. Akrapovič, founded in Slovenia in 1990, makes high-end exhaust systems with its own titanium foundry and has passed 100 world titles across motorcycle and car racing. Arrow, founded in 1985 by Giorgio Giannelli, builds its exhausts in stainless steel, titanium and carbon in San Giustino, Umbria, backed by more than 40 world and national titles. Hp Corse, founded in Bologna in 1993, makes hand-crafted exhausts with an unmistakable design, such as the Hydroform, Evoxtreme and Hydrotre. IXIL, founded in Barcelona in 1955, designs stainless steel exhausts and silencers for motorcycles and maxi-scooters, in slip-on or bolt-on versions. Termignoni, founded in 1968 in Predosa, in the province of Alessandria, makes silencers, headers and full systems used in MotoGP and Superbike.
