The third-generation Leon Cupra was launched with front-wheel drive and relies on an electronically controlled limited-slip differential to put down the power of its 2.0 TSI turbo. Offered as the three-door SC, five-door and ST estate, in Cupra 280 form it is a down-to-earth hot hatch, quick and suited to everyday use.
For the Seat Leon Cupra/Cupra 280 (5F) 2.0 TSI (2014-2020), Armytrix offers the cat-back system with Valvetronic silencers and downpipes. Tips are available in chrome silver, blue coated, matte black and carbon. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix systems are made in Taiwan in T304 stainless steel and titanium. At their heart is the valve in the silencer, opened and closed on command from the remote or the app, with a module that plugs into the car's OBD port. Armytrix exhausts are not road approved in the European Union or Switzerland: they are intended for track use.
