Replacement Discs Brembo GT

Brembo is an Italian company and world leader in high-performance braking systems, founded in 1961 in Bergamo. Brembo GT replacement discs are the complete disc+bell assembly originally fitted in Upgrade GT program kits, supplied as a ready-to-fit left/right pair.

On 2-piece Brembo GT kits the disc is a floating design: the cast-iron rotor ring is connected to the aluminium CNC bell through a system of bobbins and springs that allows slight axial movement. This reduces unsprung rotating mass, improves heat dissipation and limits thermal-stress distortion compared to a traditional one-piece disc.
