The HD XL 1200 Sportster Sport is the motorcycle that defined the standard of modern cruisers: robust frame, powerful engine and geometry that transfers power directly to the road. Maintaining this dynamic requires a braking system up to the task, capable of modulating every braking action with precision without compromise.
The Brembo Serie Oro brake discs for your Sportster include the front kit 78B40891 (292mm, 5mm thickness) and the rear kit 78B40828 (292mm, 5mm thickness). Both are designed for direct mounting without modifications: a plug-and-play operation that fully respects your motorcycle's original setup.
The lightweight aluminium bell reduces unsprung weight on the wheels, improving chassis response in curves. The disc perforation effectively evacuates heat and friction gases, ensuring stable performance even during intense and repeated braking. Pairing with Brembo pads ensures a superior braking module and unmatched modulation.
These discs are TÜV and ABE approved for road use throughout Europe. They are direct replacements for your Sportster's OEM components without requiring any technical revision: mounting is completely reversible and your bike remains compliant with regulations.
