The Vespa GTS Touring 300 represents the modern evolution of a timeless icon, capable of combining retro style with contemporary technology. For those covering miles of freedom, tackling curves and descents with complete peace of mind, the original braking system can be significantly improved. Brembo Serie Oro brake discs transform the riding experience, offering sharper and more reliable braking in every condition.
The Brembo kit 68B40738 consists of front and rear brake discs of 220mm with 4mm thickness, specifically calibrated for the GTS Touring 300. This configuration ensures balanced distribution of braking force on both front and rear axles, essential for stability during emergency maneuvers. The discs maintain the same dimensions as the original, ensuring direct replacement without modifications to the frame or calipers.
The forged aluminium bell reduces unsprung weight, improving the Vespa's dynamics and facilitating acceleration on the straights. Perimeter drilling promotes heat and friction gas evacuation, maintaining stable temperatures even during prolonged braking on mountain roads. Contact with the pads is more stable and earlier, thanks to Brembo geometry that offers significantly superior bite compared to standard discs.
These brake discs are TÜV type approved according to European road use regulations, meaning they are a true direct replacement of the original without requiring any technical inspection. Installation is drop-in: remove the old discs, mount the new Brembo ones and you're ready to go. No adapters, spacers or modifications to your Vespa brake calipers are needed.
Brembo guarantees these discs for 2 years and every piece is manufactured in Italy with impeccable quality standards.
