Exhaust system for Ferrari 348 TS in polished 1.4828 (T309) stainless steel, with 4 outlets of 70 mm, available in a version without valves or with valves. Without valves the gases flow freely through the silencer; the system is offered in three sound levels, identical on the outside: Sound 1, about 10 dB(A) louder than the original; Sound 2, about 18 dB(A) louder; Sound 3, the loudest and most requested, with the typical high-pitched Formula 1 sound and the ultimate sound experience.

The version with valves corresponds in principle to Sound 3, with the addition of two exhaust valves: with the valves closed the volume drops by about 15 dB(A) and the comfort allows even long journeys. It is fitted with the Capristo mounting brackets supplied and comes with the manual valve control and wireless remote control, which opens or closes the valves permanently at the press of a button (it is not the control unit with back pressure control). Installation of the control is plug and play and can be done by the customer in about 15 minutes, without running additional power cables or hoses; when the valves are closed again with the remote control, control returns to the standard management, and on request the control can be programmed to start the engine with the valves open.

The kit also includes a solenoid valve, the vacuum hose, two sealing rings and the vacuum actuators with heat protection. It is essential to use the solenoid valve supplied: the original one (black, with black connectors) is located on the right side behind the rear bumper, and if it is not replaced the valves would stay open at low revs and close at high revs, exposing the engine to excessive back pressure. With the sport catalysts, under certain conditions, the engine warning light may come on.
