Capristo Ferrari F430 Scuderia Manifold
Sport manifolds for Ferrari 430, entirely in polished 1.4828 (T309) stainless steel, with heat shields. The manifolds bring an increase in power and torque. Being compatible with the original catalysts, they can also replace a faulty original manifold.
The new heat shields reduce the heat radiated into the engine bay, are clearly more effective than the original ones and can also be fitted at a later stage without removing the manifolds. Fitting the Capristo manifolds eliminates the catalyst integrated in the original manifolds, and this may cause the engine warning light to come on; the 430 Scuderia does not have these catalysts as standard. If combined with the original Ferrari silencer, fitting with the damped exhaust mounting kit is recommended.
Capristo recommends not revving the engine with the car standing still: the flames from the exhaust can cause damage to nearby property and people.
