ISON655 Motorcycle Oil Filter

ISON655
Motorcycle Oil Filter Ison

The price refers to a single Ison oil filter, compatible with most motorcycles and scooters on the road. The filter replaces the original one with no modifications needed.

Ison is AFAM Group's motorcycle oil filter range, developed with the same expertise gained producing OE filters for the automotive and heavy-duty machinery sectors. Every Ison filter is designed to match or exceed original OEM specifications, covering over 98% of the European motorcycle fleet.

Construction features:
Steel tension spring: heat-treated to keep tension stable between the filter element and the canister.
Bypass valve: keeps oil flowing and the engine lubricated even if the filter becomes clogged.
Spiral perforating tube: high structural strength: prevents the filter element from collapsing and improves oil flow.
Filtration media: optimised filtration media for maximum filtering efficiency and lifetime.
Anti drain-back seal: prevents oil from draining back into the crankcase when the engine is off.
In-bond seam: double-lock seam between plate and canister, increasing burst strength.
Square seal gasket: perfect seal across multiple applications and prevents the gasket from slipping.

In independent comparative tests, Ison achieved the best performance in its category: burst strength of 33 kg/cm² (against a minimum standard of 17 kg/cm²), drain-back of just 71 ml (100 ml maximum standard) and full-saturation filter efficiency of 92.35%, outperforming all the main competitors tested in the same JIS-standard test cycle.
