Description

QD Exhaust Magnum Tronco Cono Slip On


Terminal "Slip-On" series Magnum with magnesium end cap available in various versions and forms.
It's supplied with everything you need to install it on the bike without any modifications.
European and Swiss approval.
The catalyst is supplied with the product (if required).
Equipped with removable db killer.

The QD Exhaust company is located in Vercelli in Piedmont, Italy. Thanks to owners Manuel and Giorgio, wonderful motorbike sports exhausts are handcrafted every day. The production standard is very high and is guaranteed by a well-tested process. In over 2,300 square metres we find the administrative and design offices, the production department and the warehouse. All work is carried out by master craftsmen supported by state-of-the-art machinery. QD exhausts are made from materials including stainless steel, carbon, titanium and magnesium. The welds are TIG welded in a controlled atmosphere and performed manually with orbital positioners. All new prototypes are bench tested and the exhaust systems are sized and calculated for maximum performance.
The QD catalogue consists of the Magnum, Ex-Box, Power-Gun and MaXcone silencer models.

WHAT ARE THE REAL BENEFITS?


- INCREASE OF THE ENGINE SOUND 
A sports exhaust allows the engine of your motorbike to gain more power and this also leads to an increase of the sound.
The homologated exhausts emit a sound within the limits of the law.

- INCREASE OF THE ENGINE POWER
A sports exhaust allows the gases to flow out of the exhaust system more quickly and this leads to a rev up from the lower engine revs significantly better as well as an increase in power especially at high revs.

- DECREASE OF THE OVERALL WEIGHT
Sports exhausts weigh from 30% to 70% less than the original exhaust systems as they are produced with high quality materials with less weight than the original ones (see INOX AISI 304 - CARBON - TITANIUM).

- AESTHETIC IMPROVEMENT
