HEALTECH ESE-BM1 - Exhaust Servo Eliminator

Many recent sport bikes are fitted with an exhaust valve driven by a servo motor. When performance work involves replacing the exhaust system or adding a piggyback ECU, that exhaust valve has to go.

Removing it, however, can cause trouble of its own: error codes stored by the ECU, warning lights on the dash and, at times, electronic protection strategies kicking in and cutting engine performance.

Healtech built the ESE (Exhaust Servo Eliminator) for exactly the tuners and enthusiasts who run into this.

Light (24 grams) and compact (30x20x13 mm), it houses a microprocessor that keeps operation reliable and stays compatible with a range of systems.

Fitting is genuinely easy and plug-n-play, helped by connectors that match the original ones on the bike the unit is made for.
