Suspension Oil 01330-01

The Ohlins Fork Oil #5 — part number 01330-01 is the recommended fluid for installing Andreani Misano EVO fork cartridges. With a viscosity of 20.0 cSt at 40°C (equivalent SAE 7.5W), it is specifically formulated for cartridge-type conventional and USD forks, ensuring the correct hydraulic response for which the Misano EVO cartridges are designed and calibrated.

Unlike standard mineral oils, Ohlins' fully synthetic formulation delivers stable performance across a wide temperature range, reduces internal friction in the fork, resists foam formation (cavitation) even under repeated stress, and maintains consistent viscosity over time. The result is precise and reliable hydraulic response: the compression, extension and spring preload adjustments of the Misano EVO cartridges remain accurate both on the road and on track.

Using oil with the wrong viscosity or lower quality can significantly alter the kit's settings, undermining the calibration performed. This is why Andreani expressly recommends Ohlins 01330-01 oil in combination with the Misano EVO cartridges.
