The Andreani Misano EVO Fork Cartridges are suspension kits designed to transform your motorcycle’s original fork without replacing it. The concept is simple: the stock cartridges — often passive and non-adjustable — are removed and replaced with Misano EVO cartridges, adding a fully adjustable hydraulic system inside the fork legs you already have.

At the heart of the kit is the 20mm piston with enlarged oil passages, which delivers a much better hydraulic response than the original unit. From that moment you can independently adjust three key parameters: hydraulic compression, hydraulic rebound and spring preload. All adjustments are made from the top cap of the cartridge, without removing the fork — in your garage or in the paddock, in just a few seconds.

In practice: compression determines how the fork absorbs bumps and braking loads; rebound controls how quickly it returns to its resting position; spring preload adapts the behaviour to rider weight and load. Three independent parameters mean you can build a motorcycle that responds exactly to the way you ride, not to the theoretical average chosen by the manufacturer. The result is a bike that is more stable under braking, more precise in corners and completely different in feeling compared with the stock setup.
