Brembo Serie Oro Brake Discs for Bimota Sb8R 1000 97 - 00

The Bimota SB8R 1000 is a sports bike that combines the charm of Italian design with top-level performance. This model, produced between 1997 and 2000, represents a golden era of the Bologna brand, when the pursuit of technical perfection was obsessive. After years of intensive use, the original discs can lose braking effectiveness and require replacement: Brembo Serie Oro brake discs are the solution that maintains the performance character of your SB8R intact.

The Brembo Serie Oro front kit for the SB8R 1000 consists of the 78B40870 disc with 320 mm diameter and 5 mm thickness. This product directly replaces the original discs without any mechanical modification, ensuring immediate installation and perfect compatibility with the Brembo braking system already present on your bike.

The aluminium bell reduces unsprung weight at the front, improving suspension reactivity and reducing rotational inertia. The drilling on the disc surface evacuates heat and gases generated by the pads during intense braking more effectively, maintaining constant operating temperature and preventing fade. The geometric design of the Serie Oro series also offers better pad grip, guaranteeing modulability and progressiveness in every braking condition.

Brembo Serie Oro discs for the SB8R 1000 are TÜV approved and comply with European regulations for road use. Direct replacement of OEM discs requires no brake system overhaul and installation is completely drop-in: you can install them in minutes without additional technical work. The 2-year warranty fully covers the product.

100% Made in Italy product, the Brembo front kit represents the highest quality and reliability.
