Pagid Racing is the racing brand of the German TMD Friction group based in Essen: for more than 30 years it has developed brake pads, discs and brake fluid for motorsport, with compounds engineered in Germany and tested on circuits all over the world.

The RSL family is Pagid Racing's endurance range: wide operating temperature window, very good modulation, slightly progressive friction during the stop, low heat conductivity, disc friendly and works very well with ABS. Because of the pad colour many people simply call them "Pagid yellow".

The RSL 1 compound is designed for endurance racing: stable friction across temperatures, low pad and disc wear, low pedal effort and moderately progressive but well modulated braking. For GT and touring cars, also used in shorter races.
