The Abarth 595 revives the name of the little 1963 Fiat-Abarth and applies it to the modern 500: a 1.4 T-Jet turbo four-cylinder, front-wheel drive and, in the hottest versions such as the Competizione and Esseesse, up to 180 PS. In 2016 the Series 4 update brought a new front end, interior and engine line-up.
For the Abarth 595 1.4 T-Jet (2012-2020), Armytrix offers the cat-back system with Valvetronic silencers and downpipes. Tips are available in chrome silver, blue coated, matte black, gold and carbon. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix systems are made in Taiwan in T304 stainless steel and titanium. At their heart is the valve in the silencer, opened and closed on command from the remote or the app, with a module that plugs into the car's OBD port. Armytrix exhausts are not road approved in the European Union or Switzerland: they are intended for track use.
