The Kawasaki ZX1200 represents the pinnacle of road sportiness, a supersport that makes no compromises in terms of power and aerodynamic performance. Over time, however, original brake discs can experience natural degradation of their thermal and braking properties, compromising the safety and braking precision that this motorcycle deserves.
The Front Kit Brembo Serie Oro for Kawasaki ZX1200 01-08 consists of code 78B40899, featuring 310mm diameter discs with 5mm thickness. This is a direct upgrade on the motorcycle's front, guaranteeing total compatibility with original Kawasaki brake calipers without the need for adapters.
Brembo Serie Oro discs feature a lightweight aluminium bell that significantly reduces unsprung weight on the front wheel, improving motorcycle responsiveness and reducing rotational inertia. The radial drilled pattern facilitates heat evacuation generated during intense braking and expulsion of friction gases, maintaining consistent braking performance even under high thermal stress.
TÜV type approval and European compliance guarantee direct OEM replacement without any motorcycle revision. Installation is straightforward and the discs are compatible with original brake pads, allowing for clean and immediate installation. All Brembo Serie Oro products are 100% Made in Italy and come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
