Brembo Serie Oro Brake Discs for Kawasaki ZX-6RR 600 03 - 04

The Kawasaki ZX-6RR 600 is a supersport that made history in 600cc track and road racing, characterized by a responsive chassis and an engine capable of delivering thrilling performance. Over time, however, original brake discs tend to lose efficiency, especially under repeated and intense braking. It is precisely in these moments that the need emerges for a genuine upgrade that restores to your bike that precise braking characteristic of competition motorcycles.

The Brembo Serie Oro brake discs for your ZX-6RR 600 include the front kit 78B40815 (280mm, 5mm thickness) and the rear kit 68B40747 (220mm, 5mm thickness). Each disc is manufactured with advanced construction technologies: the lightweight aluminum bell reduces unsprung weight on the front axle, directly improving front suspension response. Optimized geometry drilling effectively evacuates heat generated during aggressive braking and eliminates residual gases, guaranteeing consistent modulation even on track.

The working braking surface ensures maximum grip with original Kawasaki pads and all compatible aftermarket compounds. The reduction in unsprung weight translates to less inertia during direction changes and superior road holding in the most demanding transitions. With Brembo Oro discs you will recover the responsiveness and control that the Japanese sportbike deserves.

TÜV type approval and ABE marking certify full compliance with European regulations for road use. Installation is completely drop-in: no modifications to your brake system, no servicing required. Direct replacement of the original Kawasaki with 2-year factory warranty and 100% Made in Italy production, following the quality standards that have distinguished Brembo as the world's number one in the sector for decades.
