With the S550, the sixth generation launched in 2015, the Mustang officially arrived in Europe and adopted independent rear suspension across the range. The 2.3 EcoBoost is the turbocharged four-cylinder version: rear-wheel drive and the same muscle car lines as the V8, with a more compact engine under the bonnet.
For the Ford Mustang (S550) 2.3 EcoBoost Coupé/Convertible (2015-2023), Armytrix offers the cat-back system with Valvetronic silencers and catalyst replacement pipes. Tips are available in chrome silver, blue coated, matte black, gold and carbon. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix systems are made in Taiwan in T304 stainless steel and titanium. At their heart is the valve in the silencer, opened and closed on command from the remote or the app, with a module that plugs into the car's OBD port. Armytrix exhausts are not road approved in the European Union or Switzerland: they are intended for track use.
