Model year 2017 brought one of the most extensive updates to the R35 GT-R: a redesigned nose with a larger V-shaped grille, a refreshed cabin with a cleaner dashboard and the VR38DETT 3.8 twin-turbo V6 raised to 570 PS. In this form the GT-R stayed in production at Tochigi until August 2025, when the last car was built.
For the Nissan GT-R (R35) 3.8 V6 Twin Turbo MY17 (2017-2025), Armytrix offers the titanium version of the Valvetronic cat-back and downpipes. Tips are available in blue titanium and matte black. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix builds its exhausts in Taiwan, in T304 stainless steel and titanium, and is one of the brands that made valved exhausts affordable: the valve sends the gases through the silencer or around it, and it is controlled with the supplied remote or a smartphone app through a module plugged into the OBD port.
