Over an eighteen-year career the R35 GT-R went from 480 PS at launch to 600 PS in Nismo form without ever changing the recipe: a hand-built VR38DETT 3.8 twin-turbo V6, a rear-mounted dual-clutch transaxle and all-wheel drive. The engine's strength has made it a benchmark platform for the most extreme builds, far beyond factory outputs.
For the Nissan GT-R (R35) 3.8 V6 Twin Turbo Maxflow (2007-2025), Armytrix offers the cat-back system with Valvetronic silencers and downpipes. Tips are available in chrome silver, blue coated, matte black and gold. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix systems are made in Taiwan in T304 stainless steel and titanium. At their heart is the valve in the silencer, opened and closed on command from the remote or the app, with a module that plugs into the car's OBD port. Armytrix exhausts are not road approved in the European Union or Switzerland: they are intended for track use.
