Unveiled in 2017, the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid was the first Porsche to put a plug-in hybrid at the top of the range: a 4.0 twin-turbo V8 and an electric motor for a combined 680 PS, all-wheel drive and an eight-speed PDK. With the 2020 facelift output rose to 700 PS, and a Sport Turismo version is available too.
For the Porsche Panamera (971) Turbo S E-Hybrid/Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo 4.0 V8 Non-OPF (2017-2023), Armytrix offers downpipes. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix systems are made in Taiwan in T304 stainless steel and titanium. At their heart is the valve in the silencer, opened and closed on command from the remote or the app, with a module that plugs into the car's OBD port. Armytrix exhausts are not road approved in the European Union or Switzerland: they are intended for track use.
