In the third-generation Cayenne S the previous series' 3.6 twin-turbo V6 gives way to a 440 PS 2.9 twin-turbo V6 with its turbochargers mounted inside the vee, the same layout used in the Panamera 4S. All-wheel drive, an eight-speed Tiptronic and a choice of SUV or Coupé, the latter from 2019; this page covers cars without a particulate filter.

For the Porsche Cayenne S (E3) 2.9 V6 SUV/Coupé Non-OPF (2018-2023), Armytrix offers the cat-back system with Valvetronic silencers and downpipes. Tips are available in chrome silver, blue coated and matte black. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.

Armytrix systems are made in Taiwan in T304 stainless steel and titanium. At their heart is the valve in the silencer, opened and closed on command from the remote or the app, with a module that plugs into the car's OBD port.
