Unveiled in 2006, the 997 Turbo was the first production petrol car with variable-geometry turbochargers: the 3.6 twin-turbo flat-six, descended from the engine developed for the GT1, produces 480 PS with strong torque from low revs. All-wheel drive with an electronically controlled multi-plate clutch, coupé or cabriolet, with manual or Tiptronic gearbox.

For the Porsche 911 Turbo (997.1) 3.6 Coupé/Cabriolet (2006-2008), Armytrix offers the cat-back system with Valvetronic silencers. Tips are available in chrome silver, blue coated and matte black.

Armytrix builds its exhausts in Taiwan, in T304 stainless steel and titanium, and is one of the brands that made valved exhausts affordable: the valve sends the gases through the silencer or around it, and it is controlled with the supplied remote or a smartphone app through a module plugged into the OBD port.
