Armytrix Car Exhausts for Mercedes-AMG GT 43/GT 53 4-Door Coupé (X290) (2018-)

The X290 AMG GT 4-Door, unveiled in 2018, was developed by AMG but is not derived from the two-door GT: it sits on the platform of the E-Class and CLS, with four doors and a tailgate. The GT 43 and GT 53 use the M256 3.0 straight-six with 48-volt EQ Boost, rated at 367 and 435 hp, together with 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive.

For the Mercedes-AMG GT 43/GT 53 4-Door Coupé (X290) (2018-), Armytrix offers the cat-back system with Valvetronic silencers and downpipes. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.

Armytrix systems are made in Taiwan in T304 stainless steel and titanium. At their heart is the valve in the silencer, opened and closed on command from the remote or the app, with a module that plugs into the car's OBD port. Armytrix exhausts are not road approved in the European Union or Switzerland: they are intended for track use.
