The GLE63 and GLE63 S 4MATIC are the flagship AMG versions of the W166 GLE and C292 GLE Coupé. Under the bonnet is still the M157, the 5.5 twin-turbo V8 AMG used across many large models of that era, with 557 hp in the 63 and 585 hp in the S, permanent all-wheel drive and a seven-speed AMG automatic.
For the Mercedes-AMG GLE63/GLE63 S (W166/C292) SUV/Coupé (2016-2019), Armytrix offers the cat-back system with Valvetronic silencers and downpipes. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix systems are made in Taiwan in T304 stainless steel and titanium. At their heart is the valve in the silencer, opened and closed on command from the remote or the app, with a module that plugs into the car's OBD port. Armytrix exhausts are not road approved in the European Union or Switzerland: they are intended for track use.
