The X156 GLA, unveiled in 2013 and on sale from 2014, is Mercedes' first compact SUV: it is built on the front-wheel-drive base of the W176 A-Class, with raised suspension and plastic body cladding. The GLA180 and GLA200 have the M270 1.6 turbo, the GLA250 the 2.0 turbo, often paired with 4MATIC all-wheel drive.
For the Mercedes-Benz GLA180/GLA200/GLA250 (X156) (2014-2018), Armytrix offers downpipes. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix systems are made in Taiwan in T304 stainless steel and titanium. At their heart is the valve in the silencer, opened and closed on command from the remote or the app, with a module that plugs into the car's OBD port. Armytrix exhausts are not road approved in the European Union or Switzerland: they are intended for track use.
