The GLA45 AMG X156 puts the A45 mechanicals into a compact SUV: the same 2.0 turbo four cylinder, 4MATIC all-wheel drive and more ground clearance, for AMG character on less than perfect roads too.
For the Mercedes-AMG GLA45 (X156) (2014-2019), Armytrix offers the cat-back system with Valvetronic silencers and downpipes. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix builds its exhausts in Taiwan, in T304 stainless steel and titanium, and is one of the brands that made valved exhausts affordable: the valve sends the gases through the silencer or around it, and it is controlled with the supplied remote or a smartphone app through a module plugged into the OBD port. Armytrix exhausts are not road approved in the European Union or Switzerland: they are intended for track use.
