The F40 changed the 1 Series at its roots: from 2019 a transverse engine and a front-wheel-drive platform. The M135i xDrive is its sportiest version, with the B48 2.0-litre turbo four delivering 306 PS and 450 Nm, all-wheel drive, an eight-speed automatic and a Torsen limited-slip differential on the front axle.
For the BMW M135i xDrive (F40) (2019-2024), Armytrix offers the cat-back system with Valvetronic silencers and downpipes. Tips are available in matte black, carbon, blue coated, chrome silver and gold. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix systems are made in Taiwan in T304 stainless steel and titanium. At their heart is the valve in the silencer, opened and closed on command from the remote or the app, with a module that plugs into the car's OBD port. Armytrix exhausts are not road approved in the European Union or Switzerland: they are intended for track use.
