The most extreme F82 M4 was the 2016 GTS: 700 units and 500 PS achieved with water injection into the intake plenum, a solution not seen on a production car for almost twenty years. The everyday M4 coupé and convertible share the same S55 3.0-litre twin-turbo, rated at 431 PS in base form.
For the BMW M4 (F82/F83) Coupé/Cabriolet Titanium OE Valve Control (2014-2019), Armytrix offers the titanium version of the Valvetronic cat-back and downpipes. Tips are available in chrome silver, blue titanium, matte black titanium and carbon. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix systems are made in Taiwan in T304 stainless steel and titanium. At their heart is the valve in the silencer, opened and closed on command from the remote or the app, with a module that plugs into the car's OBD port.
