In 2023 the third-generation X6 got its facelift too: new lights, the Curved Display on the dashboard and, for the 40i, the updated B58 3.0-litre turbo with 48-volt mild-hybrid technology. It remains the six-cylinder choice for anyone who wants the X6's coupé profile without stepping up to a V8; this page covers it with a particulate filter.
For the BMW X6 (G06) 40i LCI (2023-), Armytrix offers the cat-back system with Valvetronic silencers and downpipes. Versions without a catalyst are for track use only.
Armytrix builds its exhausts in Taiwan, in T304 stainless steel and titanium, and is one of the brands that made valved exhausts affordable: the valve sends the gases through the silencer or around it, and it is controlled with the supplied remote or a smartphone app through a module plugged into the OBD port.
